A couple from Sweden visits Lübeck by ship. Both visit a friend from Lübeck and explore the city with him. By boat they go around the old town on the Trave and admire the sights such as St. Mary's Church, the Town Hall and the Salt Warehouse. A visit to the Schiffergesellschaft is not to be missed, as well as a tour of the famous courtyards and corridors of the old patrician city.
